Competitive College Sailor with Keelboat & Offshore Experience | 2026 Pac Cup

Hi, I’m Amanda Yolles, a 21-year-old sailor seeking a crew position for the 2026 Pacific Cup. I’m the captain of the Bates College sailing team with extensive dinghy and keelboat racing experience, strong boat handling skills, and a solid understanding of sail trim, teamwork, and race strategy. I’ve completed two offshore passages (San Francisco–San Diego and sailing in Fiji) and am eager to build more open-ocean miles. I’m also a certified EMT and ski patroller, bringing medical training, calm decision-making, and reliability offshore. I’m hardworking, adaptable, and a fast learner, and I’d love to contribute as a committed, positive crew member for the race.
