Hello skippers and watch commanders , I'm a pretty solid watch mate,, can hold a schedule , cook and clean , I've seen 30 knot knocks at 2am, and have slid lifeline to lifeline on the bow in O dark thirty of night , AND both my Pacific Cup skippers will still sail with me !
As for me , I'm usually a small boat sailor (20ft) . which I don't consider a negative. I have raced on the SFbay and in the Gulf of the Farrallons for 20 years , I'm most comfortable with symmetrical spinnakers,, but would love the chance to race on an asym boat to Hawaii, like some of the J105s I've been on before ...
I like to keep moral up , and will do most anything to accomplish the goal of winning the race and keeping the boat and the crew happy and safe .
