Born and raised in Long Beach, CA. Starting out sailing sabots in Alamitos Bay, grew up racing and cruising to Catalina. Spent many summers driving glass-bottom boats, flying fish trips in Avalon. Raced J24's in SF Bay for 5 years. Based out of Portland now, active in PNW Racing scene, 8 PNW Offshores and Swiftsures; several Race Weeks (Whidbey Island and Anacortes), Round the County, 1 Van Isle 360, 2 Pacific Cups (2014 and 2022).
